Adhesive pads that stick over each switch cutout so the switch bottoms onto foam instead of bare PCB. Six dollars for 120, in Poron, PE or EVA, each of which sounds slightly different. This is the fiddliest of the sound mods: peeling and placing 120 stickers takes a while, and once they are down they are awkward to remove cleanly, so decide on a material before you commit a whole board.
