A soft bristled brush for sweeping dust and hair out from between keycaps without scratching them. Four dollars. Worth being clear about what it is not: the bristles are far too broad for applying lube to a switch stem, so this does not replace a liner brush. It is a dusting tool. Any soft cosmetic or paint brush of a similar width does the identical job for about the same money.
