One tool for both jobs: a wire loop for keycaps at one end, a clamp that grabs the switch latches at the other. Fourteen dollars. The design point is real, since prying at a switch with a screwdriver is how people crack housings and lift sockets. The caveat is the price. Most hotswap keyboards ship a combined plastic puller in the box for nothing, and that one works.
