Prices in US dollars, with most orders shipping from a China warehouse and some lines held in US stock, which can split an order into two parcels. Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process, then 8 to 22 business days in transit, and US addresses are charged a flat $18.99 standard. Returns run 30 days for a quality fault but only 7 days for a change of mind, DIY kits are 7 days either way, and an incomplete return can carry a restocking fee of up to 15 percent. EU buyers have the separate 14 day right of withdrawal, and VAT is collected at checkout.
